Young People’s Floating Support Wrexham

Wrexham Young Persons’ Floating Support provides support to young people (aged 16-25 years, with or without children)

The aim is for young people to have an opportunity to live independently and safely within their own home and community.

Each young person is allocated their own dedicated support worker who will discuss with them their individual needs.

Once needs have been assessed, a support plan, tailored and focused to the client, is put in place.

Support includes:

• Managing a tenancy
• Budgeting
• Benefits
• Feeling safe
• Education
• Employment
• Community
• Health
• Relationships
• Parenting
