Natalie joined The Wallich in November 2016 and is extremely passionate about delivering people solutions that enable our business to develop and perform, reduce risks and be cost effective.
Her role as Head of HR oversees the Employee Relations, Wellbeing and Reward and Recognition functions within the Human Resources and Organisational team.
Natalie upholds a degree in Social Science – with a focus on Psychology and Sociology – and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with CIPD Level 7.
She has a wealth of experience following a progressive career as a HR generalist in the voluntary and housing sectors since she left university in 2002.
In 2005, Natalie achieved fully Chartered member status of the CIPD, which is the association for HR professionals in the UK.
